What is the processing and shipping time for my order?
The Guide Dog Foundation Store operates on an on-demand ordering system. Once your order is placed, our vendor orders the necessary garments, which typically takes 2-3 business days. After the garments arrive, they are decorated in-house by our trusted third-party vendor. Once your order is complete, a shipping notice will be sent to the email on file. The entire process can take up to two weeks, depending on demand. We appreciate your patience and support of the Guide Dog Foundation!
Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns. Because our products are made to order through an on-demand system, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at Shopify@GuideDog.org so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We appreciate your support of the Guide Dog Foundation!
